TriStar JCB is an authorized dealer for JCB construction equipment including compact track loaders, skid steer loaders, rough terrain forklifts, backhoes, wheel loaders, excavators, telehandlers, and aerial equipment, among others.   Position Purpose Drives a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up or transport parts as assigned. Requires skill in planning, organizing and scheduling parts pick-up and delivery requirements. The anticipated application window will close on October 30th, 2026.   Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Pick-up and deliver parts as assigned, in the most efficient manner. Assists the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts. Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department. Maintains the fuel and maintenance log. May be required to lift 50 pounds or more. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.   Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Valid driver's license General knowledge of greater Nashville area. Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.   Preferred Qualifications Two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Effective Communicator with all levels of daily business contacts. Must have the soft skills needed to engage with ALL customers and communicate effectively. “Can Do, Make it Happen” attitude coupled with a High-energy level with a contagious optimism for the Equipment Dealership business. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.   Job Conditions Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment. Subject to noise and temperature changes.   Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those required of an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Remain stationary, operate hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and move and/or walk. The employee must frequently move and/or transport up to 10 pounds.
