About our role

As a BMS Service Technician for Johnson Controls', you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building management systems (BMS) in commercial and industrial facilities across Sydney. This full-time role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients' building systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

• →Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on BMS equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
• →Diagnose and rectify issues within building automation and control systems.
• →Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.
• →Provide technical support and guidance to customers, facility managers, and building occupants.
• →Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a BMS, Controls, or HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong knowledge of building automation and control systems.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Controls, or Building Automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
