Field Service Site Supervisor – Data Centre

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead service and maintenance activities across mission-critical data center environments.

In this hands-on role, you will supervise technicians and subcontractors, manage HVAC controls and BMS maintenance activities, respond to critical incidents, and act as the key customer contact on site. Your focus will be ensuring system reliability, uptime, safety, and exceptional service delivery.

This position will be based in Eskilstuna, Sweden, with responsibility for supporting customer sites across Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Norrköping. Travel between these locations will be required as part of the role,

• →Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
• →Coordinate field technicians and service partners across multiple sites.
• →Manage critical alarms and incident response activities.
• →Ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• →Monitor system performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• →Maintain compliance with data center procedures, SLAs, and safety standards.
• →Build strong relationships with customers and site stakeholders.
