Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a motivated and collaborative full-time Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to support pharmacy operations across our Specialty and Community pharmacy locations. This leadership role partners with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmacy technician operations, foster team development, and promote consistent, efficient, and safe pharmacy practices.
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor provides direct supervision, coaching, training, and performance management for pharmacy technicians while supporting standardized workflows, medication safety, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with pharmacists, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams, this position helps ensure high-quality pharmacy services that support safe and effective patient care.
As a key operational resource, the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor also contributes to quality improvement initiatives, technician competency development, and adherence to organizational policies and applicable regulatory standards.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week

What You'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification in good standing (required)
- Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy technician experience (required)
- Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification (required)
- Completion of ASHP Specialty Pharmacy Technician Certificate within 90 days of hire
- Previous specialty pharmacy, medication assistance, reimbursement, or pharmacy purchasing experience (preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year specialty medication program experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of third-party billing, pharmacy reimbursement, medication assistance programs, and regulatory requirements (preferred)

Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
