About the role

Part of the Engineering & Maintenance department, the Engineering & Maintenance Supply Chain Manager oversees the development and the implementation of a supply chain strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory and maximizes aircrafts availability. Responsibilities are spread on our Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and our Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO).

 

Job description

  • Circulate & implement the company’s overall Supply Chain strategy.
  • Mentor, develop, manage and motivate the supply chain team.
  • Develop and implement standard & safety guidelines in all aspects of the Supply Chain.
  • Determine key Supply Chain KPIs, evaluate & report.
  • Manage and support the procurement team on daily operation (forecast, stock management, AOGs orders, transportation & customs clearance, …)
  • Manage and monitor processes related to RFP, on-going contracts and contracts renewal, annual escalations, claims and suppliers’ performance.
  • Determine the global tooling policy and the associated process (investment, calibration, …).
  • Analyze data to identify process bottleneck and other issues and implement cost-effective solutions.

 

Profile

  • Completed university/master studies in Engineering or Business administration with relevant experience in the technical field or comparable,
  • Minimum 7 to 9 years of professional experience in the OEM, airline and/or MRO environment, with at least 3 years on a management position
  • Very good knowledge on EASA Part CAMO & Part 145 requirement,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French, German or Luxembourgish is an advantage,
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AMOS knowledge is an advantage
