In this role, you will support sourcing and talent mapping for the Entertainment business, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality talent. You will assist recruiters in sourcing from existing talent pools and mapping potential candidates across job portals

From hiring cutting-edge media talent to enabling growth, the team serves as the backbone of the company’s vision and ambition.

Support candidate sourcing through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and internal databases
Assist in talent mapping for key roles across business units
Build and maintain a structured talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Conduct initial profile screening to assess role fit based on defined criteria
Coordinate with recruiters to share shortlisted profiles and gather feedback
Maintain accurate candidate data and updates on the ATS
Track and report on sourcing metrics (pipeline health, response rates, closures)
Support job postings and ensure listings are up-to-date and optimized
Assist in market research (competitor mapping, talent trends, salary benchmarks)
Help drive candidate engagement (follow-ups, scheduling coordination if needed)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good organizational ability with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks

Working familiarity with ATS/HR databases and MS Office./Google Suite

Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals for sourcing

Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on candidate experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/sourcing/mapping.

Experience with ATS tools preferred.
