Technical Tools

Building Maintenance TechnicianSkilled Trades & Field Services

High school diploma or GED equivalent
General maintenance work history in Commercial industries.
3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
Ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
Must be able to be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and work on ladders at heights up to 30ft.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

On-site –Solon, OH
