Compliance and Reporting

• →Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
• →Coordinate regulatory inspections and manage relationships with authorities
• →Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely renewals of permits and licenses
• →Develop and manage reporting frameworks for operational performance
• →Prepare management reports including uptime, incidents, and KPIs
• →Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action plans
• →Maintain compliance documentation and evidence libraries
• →Support internal and external audit processes
• →Track and report on SLA performance and client commitments
• →Implement compliance management systems and tools
• →Provide compliance training and awareness programs

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field

• Minimum 4 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or audit roles
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure environments preferred
• Knowledge of Thai regulatory framework for industrial facilities

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to interpret regulations and technical standards

• ISO Internal Auditor (9001/14001/45001)
• Compliance or Risk Management certification

• Fluent in Thai and English
