Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support to lead all work stated in the Master Service Agreement is completed in compliance with all governing laws, codes and regulations and in full compliance with processes, policies and procedures by all parties executing services on behalf.
- Ensure highest scores for Key Performance Indicators. Implement action plans to revert low scores.
- Lead and assistance the development and execution of the annual Country/Site Operations Plan in alignment with the Regional Strategic Plan. This shall include the local priorities, projects, execution timeframe and deliverables.
- Support to development and seek approvals, implement plans for continuous service or process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency.
- Benchmark practices with other JLL accounts and propose improvements if applicable.
- Help to develop and provide visibility of opportunities in processes and programs for improvements.
- Ensure information is accurately reported within systems.
Work in collaboration and in alignment with the IFM Sourcing Regional team to:
- Develop, enhance and standardize T2 vendor service delivery (in coordination with Costumer Experience Team).
- Provide feedback and support for sourcing strategies, supplier communications, deal negotiations (contract terms and conditions, scopes of work, pricing, service levels, etc.), and contract administration.
Work in collaboration and alignment with the IFM Finance Regional team to:
- Ensure budget execution compliance and accuracy against planning process. Develop country budgets and forecast according to internal financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with planning, execution and payment processes.
Work in alignment with the Customer Experience Regional team to:
- Support clients and Key Stakeholders to put in place action or communication plan to mitigate gaps of information, resistance to change or dissatisfaction.
- Lead initiative of Mapping Site and Regional Key Stakeholders and maintain strategic relationship to understand needs, facilitate decisions and approvals.
- Facilitate excellent communications with clients, maintain and share all relevant information to Regional Facility Manager.
- Be the escalation point of contact for site issues, develop action plans to revert negative situations in a preventive, permanent and timely manner. Report out progress in an executive manner and in alignment with internal branding.
- Work in coordination with Operations Manager to identify and implement opportunities to reduce carbon footprint.
- Guide to establish site-specific goals aligned with regional Environmental and Sustainability Program (Energy, Water, Waste & Recycling). Ensure execution of action plan to achieve those goals.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Service Administration or related fields.
- Desirable: MBA, Hospitality specialization.
Experience:
- 7-9 years’ experience in administrating multiple services and managing teams. Desirable: Work in hospitality or related industries.
Capabilities / Skills:
- Highly structured, organized with planning capabilities.
- Assertive communicator and with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience on developing high impact presentations.
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
