・施設オーナーへの各種提案、折衝、調整業務 

・施設の資産価値向上施策の立案・実施 

・地域の特性や文化を生かした企画業務 

・施設のリニューアル計画の立案・実施 

・テナント誘致・管理（契約管理、レントロール計画・実施など） 

・施設収支計画の立案・実施 

・施設維持管理計画の策定 

・各種プロジェクト進捗管理等のプロジェクトマネジメント 

・施設の販売促進業務 

・施設の収益管理・テナント売上管理 

＜求められる経験、知識、スキル等＞ 

【必須条件】 

・事業会社等での実務経験2年以上 

・Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointの基本操作 

 ・転勤可能であること

【あると良いスキル・経験】 

◎商業施設での運営管理業務の経験をお持ちの方 

◎流通・小売業において店舗開発の経験がある方 

◎流通・小売業においてマネジメント経験のある方 

 ＜働き方（Work-style）＞ 

・1ヶ月毎のシフト制（月9～11日休み） 

・労働時間：1日　8時間　

・休憩時間：60分 

・時間外労働有無：有
