Were looking for a curious and analytical Marketplace Operations Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will help drive Job&Talent’s transformation into an AI-first company, where technology and intelligent systems amplify human talent and enable faster, smarter growth across the business. You will work closely with leaders to identify opportunities where automation and technology can simplify processes, unlock new insights, and empower people to make a greater impact.

Partner with teams across the business to design and implement initiatives that improve performance and accelerate growth across markets.

Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, identifying opportunities where automation and intelligent systems can optimize pricing, enhance commercial effectiveness, and support market expansion strategies.

Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance and workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and proposing scalable solutions.

Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs, measure the impact of automation, and support data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with the company’s founders and local teams on high-impact projects, helping to deploy and scale AI-powered processes across different markets.

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and highly motivated individual with a strong affinity for technology and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence. You should have a growth mindset and be eager to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.

0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role or environment.

A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.
