Catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, and maintain enterprise architecture models, reference architectures, standards, principles, and related documentation.

Act as a technical architecture reference, supporting development teams in defining and implementing solution designs aligned with business and technology requirements.

Understand business capabilities, processes, value streams, and policies to translate organizational needs into effective technology solutions.

Support the implementation and evolution of the enterprise architecture discipline and contribute to strategic IT planning.

Design and maintain application roadmaps, architecture references, and technical artifacts while promoting reuse and consistent engineering practices.

Evaluate the technical feasibility of business initiatives and work with Product Owners and Project Managers during the upstream planning process.

Collaborate with development teams during downstream execution, providing architectural guidance and supporting implementation decisions.

Lead and support the integration of legacy systems with new solutions, including modernization initiatives involving monolithic-to-microservices transformations.

Promote architecture patterns and practices involving APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, messaging middleware, DevSecOps, and secure system integration.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to present, discuss, validate, and evolve architecture solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Solid experience with systems architecture and the design of technology solutions aligned with business requirements.

Strong knowledge of systems engineering, cloud environments—preferably Azure—and on-premises infrastructure.

Experience implementing DevOps pipelines, continuous integration and delivery, service design, governance, and DevSecOps practices.

Hands-on experience with microservices architectures, including orchestration, choreography, event-driven architecture, and messaging middleware.

Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-centric solution design.

Knowledge of security standards and technologies such as OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On, and mobile device management.

Experience modernizing legacy monolithic systems into microservices-based architectures.

Knowledge of Java and commonly used frameworks and technologies, including Java 8/11/17/21, Quarkus, and Spring Boot.

Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity implementation across systems and infrastructure.

Understanding of data structures, multichannel system architectures, and GitLab.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when addressing complex technical scenarios.

Ability to communicate effectively with business areas, technical teams, and different stakeholder groups.

Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to share knowledge and build strong relationships across the organization.
