Develop advanced dashboards and reports: Design, build, and maintain insightful enterprise reports, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to communicate business performance and support informed decisions.
Manage data workflows and automation: Design and optimize automated data ingestion, validation, transformation, and report distribution workflows, ensuring accuracy, reliability, scalability, and strong performance.
Develop reporting solutions: Create new reports, enhance existing reporting processes, and translate complex business requirements into effective analytical solutions and information delivery systems.
Oversee data architecture and modeling: Establish efficient data models, optimized star schemas, and reliable data structures that support enterprise reporting and consistent analytical outputs.
Manage data integration: Work with data from platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Excel, CSV files, REST APIs, and Jira, integrating information from relational databases, cloud data warehouses, and enterprise systems.
Drive financial and market analysis: Oversee market research, economic and demographic assessments, financial modeling, return-on-investment evaluations, and economic and fiscal impact studies to support strategic planning.
Evaluate industry and competitive trends: Research market characteristics, economic conditions, demographic patterns, and developments across convention, sports, entertainment, and related industries to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct stakeholder and field research: Engage clients, facility managers, event organizers, show promoters, and venue managers through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and on-site research to evaluate operational performance and market demand.
Assess investment and development opportunities: Develop comparative analyses of proposed and existing facilities, prepare demand projections and financial forecasts, and evaluate potential funding requirements and expected returns.
Develop predictive and financial models: Learn, apply, and improve proprietary forecasting models to estimate financial performance, economic impacts, and fiscal outcomes associated with proposed or existing facilities.
