You will own end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination of contract talent across SAP, JDE, and related technical domains.
The position combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, candidate engagement, negotiation, and recruitment operations.
You will work across global talent markets, including North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.
Your work will directly support client delivery by ensuring the right technical professionals are identified, qualified, and presented efficiently.
You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where organization, responsiveness, and candidate experience are highly valued.
The role also offers exposure to modern recruitment practices, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to talent delivery.

Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, position requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.

Source and identify qualified contractor and specialized technical talent across Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America using multiple sourcing channels.

Build, develop, and maintain an active network of professionals within the SAP and broader technology communities.

Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, assessing qualifications, experience, availability, and overall fit.

Write and publish compelling job advertisements across relevant job boards, recruitment platforms, and talent channels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment information within the applicant tracking or recruitment management system.

Coordinate technical interviews, client meetings, and other stages of the recruitment process efficiently.

Negotiate contractor rates when required while ensuring alignment with commercial and margin objectives.

Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate journey and deliver a positive, responsive, and engaging candidate experience.

Format and prepare candidate resumes and profiles according to established client-facing standards.

Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong sense of urgency.

Contribute to team projects, recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience, ideally within technical, IT, staffing, or contract recruitment environments.

Experience recruiting subcontractors or highly specialized technical professionals in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with international and global talent markets.

Experience recruiting within an IT environment is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of ERP technologies, particularly SAP, is highly valued; familiarity with JDE or related enterprise technologies is beneficial.

Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment management platforms; familiarity with Brightmove or comparable tools is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring stakeholders, and clients.

Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills and a commercially aware approach to contractor rates and recruitment outcomes.

High level of attention to detail and ability to produce polished, accurate, client-ready documentation.

Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to remain effective under pressure.

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment assignments.

Professional proficiency in English is required for working with candidates, clients, and stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Appreciation for innovation, continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to modern talent delivery.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an asset.

Professional certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or additional training in staffing and talent management is beneficial.
