This role sits within a Learning Experience team and focuses on creating engaging, practical learning experiences across the organization. You will combine instructional design, content development, and live facilitation to support onboarding, product education, customer experience, and ongoing capability development. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders, you will transform complex information into clear and actionable learning solutions. The role offers an opportunity to work across eLearning, workshops, assessments, microlearning, and other digital learning formats. You will also help evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve training based on feedback and learner data. This is a fully remote position within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

Design and develop courses, learning paths, microlearning, workshops, instructor-led training, assessments, job aids, and reference materials across a variety of learning formats.
Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to establish learning objectives, requirements, content priorities, and desired outcomes.
Research complex topics and transform information into clear, accurate, engaging, and practical learning content.
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create polished and consistent learning experiences for internal and external audiences.
Maintain and update learning materials to reflect changes in products, processes, systems, and organizational needs.
Deliver and facilitate training programs, workshops, and interactive sessions through live virtual and blended learning formats.
Support onboarding and recurring training programs, including seasonal Customer Experience onboarding initiatives.
Adapt facilitation approaches to different audiences and use learner feedback to continuously improve training delivery and content.
Identify knowledge and performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, engagement data, and other available measures.
Manage learning projects from initial development through launch while balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder requirements.
Build, maintain, and evaluate learning content and learning paths within the LMS and related systems.
Support basic LMS administration, learner troubleshooting, and ongoing learning technology needs.
Collaborate closely with the Learning Experience team and business stakeholders while also working independently to deliver assigned initiatives.
Stay current with emerging learning technologies, tools, and AI opportunities that can improve learning development and delivery.
Travel may be required on an as-needed basis, representing less than 5% of the role and with advance notice.

Requirements

Experience in instructional design, training, content development, communications, enablement, or a related field, with a general understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to create and facilitate clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
Strong research, critical thinking, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to learn new subject matter quickly and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with an LMS, Canva, PowerPoint, or comparable tools used to create polished visual and learning materials.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Technical adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, platforms, tools, and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
Background in health, wellness, dietary supplements, Customer Experience, or another regulated industry is a plus, particularly experience working with compliance-driven content.
Willingness to develop knowledge of regulated or specialized subject matter when required.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 10 pounds; the role is primarily sedentary but may involve brief periods of movement.
