The position is fully remote, full-time, with a daytime schedule.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical departments and medical staff leadership to identify mandatory online training modules for credentialed providers, including requirements related to credentialing and privileging.
- Maintain and update online training modules to ensure educational content remains accurate, relevant, and accessible.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain education and orientation materials, including associated policies and procedures.
- Monitor credentialed providers’ compliance with required education and orientation activities.
- Support the Medical Staff Affairs team and leadership in enforcing education requirements and implementing and tracking suspensions or other corrective actions when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of online educational content and communications for credentialed providers.
- Prepare additional communications and support other duties as assigned by the Medical Staff Affairs leadership team.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 4–5 years of experience developing educational content, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective educational materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when maintaining educational resources and tracking compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, administrative departments, and leadership.
- Sound judgment and a professional approach to handling education requirements, compliance monitoring, and related administrative processes.
