This is an opportunity for a hands-on cloud professional to manage and support infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will work across cloud operations, Linux administration, DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and incident management. The role combines technical troubleshooting with customer-facing support, giving you the opportunity to solve complex infrastructure challenges end to end. You will contribute to cloud migrations, resilient platform design, performance optimization, and infrastructure security. Working in a distributed, remote environment, you will collaborate closely with customers and technical teams to maintain reliable, scalable cloud workloads. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems across multiple technologies and wants to deepen their expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, or SRE.

Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for workloads and infrastructure running across AWS, Azure, and other cloud environments.

Manage customer support cases from initial diagnosis through resolution, including root-cause analysis, documentation, escalation, and proactive communication.

Administer Linux-based systems, virtual machines, servers, and hybrid on-premises/cloud infrastructures.

Deploy, maintain, and optimize backend services and cloud-native technologies, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes, and related platforms.

Support high-availability workloads, performance tuning, automation initiatives, and reliability improvements.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Develop automation scripts and deployment solutions, using Python or other scripting languages where appropriate.

Support application and website migrations to IaaS and PaaS environments, helping improve performance, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure efficiency.

Monitor cloud environments using cloud-native monitoring platforms and tools such as SolarWinds and CrowdStrike Falcon, responding proactively to performance and availability issues.

Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, escalation, and post-incident root-cause analysis.

Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, endpoint security, and infrastructure hardening.

Engage directly with customers to understand workloads, perform proactive monitoring and trend analysis, and provide performance recommendations.

Capture engineering feedback and contribute ideas that improve cloud products, operational processes, and customer outcomes.
Requirements

4+ years of relevant professional experience in cloud engineering, cloud support, system administration, SRE, DevOps, or a closely related field.

Hands-on experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Strong Linux administration skills, with knowledge of virtualization, networking fundamentals, servers, VMs, and hybrid infrastructure.

Practical understanding of cloud-native services and architectures, including compute, serverless, APIs, containers, and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployment processes.

Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for infrastructure and operational automation.

Experience with cloud monitoring, SolarWinds or comparable monitoring platforms, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Understanding of security practices including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning, endpoint security, penetration testing, and security hardening.

Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues methodically, prioritize incidents effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with message queues such as SQS or Kafka and event-driven architectures is an advantage.

Experience deploying and supporting microservices in cloud environments is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as AWS Associate, Azure AZ-900, GCP certifications, CompTIA, Cisco security certifications, or OCI certifications are advantageous.

Strong learning mindset and interest in developing further expertise across cloud engineering, DevOps, automation, and site reliability engineering.
