You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to remove blockers and accelerate time-to-value.
Your efforts will directly influence partner-driven revenue, adoption, attach rates, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
You’ll have the opportunity to build joint growth plans, strengthen partner capabilities, and expand relationships into new teams and use cases.

Own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of strategic partners across the ANZ market, ensuring strong activation, adoption, growth, and retention.

Lead partner onboarding and activation processes, driving successful go-lives and reducing time-to-first-value (TTFV) by proactively removing early-stage friction.

Drive integration, internal enablement, and initial use cases to ensure partners can effectively operationalize solutions within their ecosystems.

Increase product adoption by embedding solutions into partner workflows, sales motions, distribution strategies, and support processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical, operational, and commercial blockers.

Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to increase partner-driven MRR and attach rates.

Build and execute tailored joint growth plans with partners, aligned with their business priorities and market opportunities.

Monitor partner health, engagement, performance, and commercial indicators to proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Develop and execute retention strategies, mitigating churn risks and increasing long-term partner value.

Expand existing partnerships by identifying opportunities across new teams, use cases, products, and areas of the partner organization.

Support partner go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other growth activities.

Enable partner sales teams through effective positioning, messaging, sales materials, and playbooks.

Act as the voice of the partner internally, bringing regional market insights and partner feedback into cross-functional discussions.

Track key success indicators including activation, adoption, partner-driven revenue, MRR, attach rate, retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role within SaaS, hosting, cloud, web infrastructure, or related technology environments.

Demonstrated experience working with partners across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Experience with Hosting Service Providers (HSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), channel partners, or other partner-led business models.

Proven track record of driving partner growth, revenue expansion, adoption, and retention.

Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of revenue growth, expansion opportunities, MRR, and other business performance metrics.

Ability to operationalize partnerships beyond relationship management, turning strategic relationships into measurable business outcomes.

Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans jointly with partners.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and business teams.

Data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and partner performance management.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic partnerships and priorities simultaneously.

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
