The Principal Product Manager will lead product strategy for a key area of an enterprise SaaS platform, translating emerging market trends into impactful product innovations and measurable business results. You will define multi-quarter roadmaps, guide platform and API decisions, and help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. Working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insights, data, and business priorities. Beyond owning strategic initiatives, you will mentor product managers and strengthen the frameworks and practices that drive effective product development. This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who combines commercial acumen with technical understanding and thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. You will also explore how AI-powered search, knowledge graphs, and agentic technologies are transforming how enterprises manage their digital presence and connect with customers.

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for a major product line, translating developments in AI search, answer engines, and agentic technologies into clear product opportunities and priorities.

  • Make informed product trade-offs using customer feedback, product usage data, market insights, and expected business impact, with accountability for measurable outcomes such as adoption, retention, and revenue.

  • Lead decisions related to platform capabilities, integrations, APIs, and product packaging, ensuring solutions are accessible, valuable, and scalable for enterprise customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing and packaging strategies that support customer acquisition, adoption, and expansion.

  • Coach and mentor product managers, including a PM-in-training, providing regular feedback and helping strengthen product management capabilities across the team.

  • Contribute to the evolution of product development practices, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and go-to-market frameworks, keeping processes practical and effective.

  • Lead customer discovery with enterprise clients and prospects, represent product strategy and roadmaps in executive-level conversations, and incorporate customer insights into product decisions.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop product positioning, coordinate launches, enable customer-facing teams, and monitor adoption and business performance.

  • Apply AI copilots and agentic tools to improve productivity and decision-making, using sound judgment to validate outputs and assess their reliability.

  • Develop and communicate a strong perspective on how AI answer engines and agents retrieve, interpret, and act on structured content, and translate these insights into product opportunities.
