Lead the evolution of digital products in a dynamic environment where customer needs, business goals, and technology come together. You’ll own product strategy and prioritization while ensuring teams remain focused on delivering meaningful user value. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across web and mobile platforms. You’ll coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, creating alignment around priorities, risks, and outcomes. Data-driven discovery and continuous improvement will be central to how you identify opportunities and make decisions. You’ll also contribute to product and organizational transformation while working with lean, high-performing teams.   • Define and continuously evolve the strategy for assigned products, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and technology capabilities.

  • Manage and prioritize product demands across multiple workstreams, maintaining a strong focus on value creation.

  • Coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, balancing business requirements, technology constraints, and user experience.

  • Own backlog management, requirements refinement, and delivery planning.

  • Lead product discovery, analysis, validation, and hypothesis testing to support data-informed decisions.

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and other internal teams.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and create visibility around priorities, risks, dependencies, progress, and results.

  • Partner with innovation and business teams to evaluate new opportunities, ideas, and strategic initiatives.

  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of product management processes during periods of organizational growth and transformation.

  • Monitor product and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate initiatives involving large development teams and multiple web and mobile platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to automate routine activities and improve product-management efficiency through AI-powered tools.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable digital product management role.

  • Proven experience defining product strategy, prioritizing backlogs, and managing products throughout their lifecycle.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams spanning software development, business, operations, and other functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience coordinating product requirements and delivery with larger development teams across web and mobile platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

  • Experience with Product Discovery, requirements gathering, hypothesis validation, and solution definition.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data, metrics, and product insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across different organizational areas.

  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization, context management, and execution abilities.

  • Adaptability and resilience when working in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

  • Ability to operate autonomously within lean, fast-growing teams and take ownership of outcomes.

  • Practical interest in using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and similar solutions to automate tasks and improve productivity.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to navigate complex organizational environments.

  • Availability for occasional travel to an office in São Paulo for planning, alignment, collaboration, and stakeholder meetings.
