Define the product vision and strategic direction in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Conduct product discovery activities with support from the Product Manager, identifying opportunities, needs, and potential solutions.

Prioritize backlog items based on discovery findings, business priorities, and guidance from the Product Manager.

Write clear, actionable user stories and define detailed requirements to ensure shared understanding across the team.

Maintain continuous alignment with development teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Define and monitor product performance indicators in collaboration with the Product Manager.

Track relevant business and product metrics, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap.

Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, organizing priorities, and facilitating effective communication.

Perform other activities related to product ownership and continuous product improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in environments based on iterative product development.

Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and remain committed to achieving measurable results.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain problems clearly and objectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to organize complex ideas, information, and requirements into clear and actionable priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
