  • Project Information Systems Administration: Administer project-level information technology systems and platforms associated with assigned services, ensuring they remain functional, reliable, and aligned with project requirements.
  • User Access Management: Manage permissions and access controls within project management information systems, ensuring that consultants, clients, and project personnel have appropriate access to the tools and information they need.
  • Data Backup and Protection: Verify that project data backup procedures are followed and support the implementation of practices that protect information availability and integrity.
  • Cybersecurity Compliance: Support compliance with cybersecurity policies, data protection standards, and applicable security requirements to safeguard project information and reduce operational risks.
  • IT Coordination: Liaise with client IT departments and internal technology stakeholders to ensure project platforms are properly maintained, accessible, and operating effectively.
  • Multi-Project Support: Coordinate system access and technical support for personnel working across multiple projects, helping maintain consistent processes and smooth collaboration.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate system access issues, identify potential technical problems, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with relevant IT teams.
  • Documentation and Process Support: Maintain accurate records of user permissions, system administration activities, backup procedures, and other relevant project IT processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system administration workflows, access management practices, documentation, and technology support procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams, consultants, clients, and corporate IT stakeholders to ensure technology services support project objectives and operational needs.
  • Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, business systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in project management information system (PMIS) administration, user access management, IT support, or project systems coordination.
  • Access Control Knowledge: Familiarity with system permissions, user account administration, access controls, and procedures for managing access across project teams.
  • Data Protection and Security: Understanding of data backup protocols, cybersecurity compliance, information security practices, and the importance of protecting sensitive project information.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and support reliable system performance.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain accurate technical records, document administrative procedures, and communicate system-related information clearly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, consultants, clients, and corporate IT departments.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain consistent administrative processes, and ensure accuracy when handling system permissions and project data.
  • Preferred Industry Experience: Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, or capital project information systems is an advantage.
  • Additional Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with document management systems, project controls platforms, and enterprise technology environments is preferred.
  • Security-Conscious Environment: Experience working in regulated industries or environments with stringent information security and compliance requirements is beneficial.
