You will be responsible for developing customer portfolios, negotiating opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting through after-sales service.

Prospect new customers, markets, and commercial opportunities within the agricultural and animal nutrition sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers, integrators, cooperatives, and resellers.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and business conditions.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales activities.
Manage an active and sustainable customer portfolio.
Work toward commercial targets related to sales volume, revenue, and product mix.
Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to increase business.
Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and capture new market opportunities.
Reactivate and recover relationships with inactive customers.
Represent the business in the field and maintain close contact with customers and regional markets.

Requirements

Previous commercial experience in agribusiness, preferably with a focus on animal nutrition.
Active customer portfolio or strong relationships within a relevant regional market.
Basic technical knowledge of animal nutrition.
Understanding of agricultural markets and the needs of producers.
Consultative and relationship-oriented sales approach.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong focus on commercial results.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts, and negotiate effectively.
Willingness and availability to work in the field and travel within the assigned region as required.
Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or a related field is desirable.
Experience or knowledge in one or more relevant segments, including poultry, swine, beef cattle, dairy cattle, aquaculture, industrial products, premixes, specialties, or raw materials.
