As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will help build engaging web experiences and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered health products. Working within a dynamic Growth team, you will use modern frontend technologies to develop user interfaces, experiment with new ideas, and optimize the customer journey. You will take ownership of features from concept to production, using data and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on engineering, AI-assisted development, and close collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams. Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality user interfaces and A/B testing experiments using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vite.
Take end-to-end ownership of frontend features, from initial planning and implementation through production deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
Enhance internal development tools, including the design system and AI-assisted engineering workflows, to improve productivity and maintain consistency across products.
Integrate AI-powered development tools into daily engineering practices, ensuring generated code is properly planned, reviewed, tested, and validated.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to deliver user-focused features aligned with product and business objectives.
Analyze user behavior, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, accessibility, and maintainability while delivering features at a fast pace.
Apply sound frontend architecture principles and design patterns to build scalable, efficient, and reusable components.
Optimize browser performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience across supported devices and environments.
Contribute to a culture of ownership, experimentation, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong track record of delivering production-ready frontend applications.
Advanced proficiency in Vue 3 and TypeScript, with practical experience building modern, maintainable user interfaces.
Extensive, daily experience using AI-assisted development tools, including coding agents and solutions such as Claude Code or Codex, with the ability to plan tasks, review generated code, identify issues, and verify implementation quality.
Strong understanding of client-side architecture, frontend design patterns, component-based development, and software engineering best practices.
Good knowledge of browser behavior, rendering, and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to balance development speed with code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Experience with A/B testing, payment integrations, or subscription-based user journeys is a significant advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating in English across technical and cross-functional teams.
A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to take initiative, solve complex problems independently, and remain focused on measurable outcomes.
