This role focuses on building AI-native scheduling experiences that automate coordination and create meaningful customer value.
You will work across frontend and backend systems, developing polished interfaces alongside reliable APIs, services, data flows, and integrations.
The position offers significant ownership in a fast-moving 0-to-1 product environment where engineers help shape both problems and solutions.
You will partner closely with product, design, and machine learning teams to turn ambiguous ideas into scalable customer-facing capabilities.
Your work will contribute to product adoption, activation, reliability, trust, and the delivery of new AI-powered functionality.
The environment emphasizes pragmatic engineering, rapid iteration, strong product judgment, technical excellence, and end-to-end ownership.

  • Build and deliver high-impact customer-facing features, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to address the needs of enterprise customers.
  • Develop modern full-stack experiences using React and TypeScript while designing and implementing the backend APIs, services, data flows, and integrations that support them.
  • Own projects independently from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, launch, measurement, and iteration, while coordinating cross-team dependencies and driving decisions to completion.
  • Contribute to platform scaling initiatives and help ensure systems remain reliable, maintainable, and capable of supporting continued product growth.
  • Work closely with machine learning engineers and contribute, where appropriate, to prompts, evaluations, guardrails, AI services, and application workflows that combine probabilistic AI behavior with dependable product experiences.
  • Collaborate regularly with Product and Design to refine requirements, clarify customer needs, and make pragmatic technical decisions.
  • Participate in agile planning and ceremonies while contributing to engineering practices and initiatives across multiple squads.
  • Review implementation plans and pull requests, provide constructive technical feedback, and help maintain high standards for code quality and architecture.
  • Mentor and coach other engineers, helping strengthen technical capabilities and fostering effective engineering practices.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly and effectively to business-critical alerts outside regular working hours.
