Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on product marketing leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment. You will translate customer needs, product capabilities, and market opportunities into compelling go-to-market strategies. The role spans positioning, messaging, product launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and full-funnel content. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and partner teams to drive measurable commercial outcomes. A key focus will be connecting individual products to broader customer problems, workflows, and solution narratives while maintaining clear differentiation. You will also leverage customer intelligence, performance data, AI, and automation to scale product marketing impact and accelerate growth.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, and market narratives based on customer needs, competitive dynamics, product capabilities, research, and market intelligence.
- Translate complex SaaS products and technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for business, technical, executive, and customer audiences, while defining personas, use cases, buying triggers, pain points, and customer journeys.
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, evaluation, conversion, adoption, and expansion, creating content and programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Content teams to develop campaigns, landing pages, webinars, customer stories, comparison content, product videos, nurture programs, sales plays, and other conversion-focused assets.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new SaaS products, major launches, new editions, and strategic product capabilities, coordinating execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner teams.
- Develop launch and ongoing GTM programs that support market awareness, demand creation, evaluation, trial, purchase, onboarding, adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion.
- Build practical sales and partner enablement, including discovery questions, qualification frameworks, competitive positioning, objection handling, talk tracks, use cases, demos, customer proof points, and sales collateral.
- Develop strong feedback loops through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, product usage, NPS, competitive intelligence, market research, and field feedback to continuously improve GTM strategy and product marketing execution.
- Use AI and automation to accelerate research, customer intelligence, content development, competitive analysis, personalization, and campaign execution while establishing scalable product marketing frameworks and best practices.
- Measure the business impact of product marketing programs through engagement, lead generation, pipeline, trials, conversion, adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and revenue outcomes.
Requirements
~2 min read- 7–10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, developer tools, workflow software, or another technology-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, product launches, demand programs, and sales enablement from strategy through execution.
- Proven experience launching new SaaS products or significant product offerings, from early market validation through launch and post-launch growth.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing and the ability to align messaging, content, and offers with different stages of the buyer journey.
- Experience partnering with Demand Generation to turn product positioning and customer insights into campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline, product trials, and revenue.
- Experience marketing to both new prospects and existing customers or users, including adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong sales enablement experience, including sales plays, discovery and qualification frameworks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and customer proof.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with experience using customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, win/loss data, and performance metrics to inform GTM decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, sales, and executive audiences.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the speed, scale, or quality of product marketing work.
- Experience within a platform, marketplace, or partner-led B2B technology ecosystem is especially valuable, as is experience with SLG and PLG or marketplace-driven SaaS journeys.
- Experience marketing a portfolio of products, developing expansion programs, or marketing to technical audiences such as software development, DevOps, IT, security, project management, or enterprise technology teams is highly valued.
