As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of digital projects supporting major enterprise and government-facing accounts.
You will oversee ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance, and SEO/GEO content initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Working with multidisciplinary teams spanning development, design, content, and digital strategy, you will keep delivery aligned with scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.
You will serve as a key operational contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and reliable delivery visibility.
The role requires strong ownership of planning, resources, risks, dependencies, and changing priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
This is a fully remote LATAM opportunity requiring consistent availability during KSA business hours and offering exposure to high-impact international digital programs.

Manage end-to-end delivery of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives.
Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day communication.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists.
Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings using Agile or comparable methodologies where appropriate.
Monitor budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and overall delivery performance.
Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks while proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility using relevant project management and collaboration tools.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment.
Proven experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or comparable digital delivery projects.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with budget tracking, resource and capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.
Strong project planning, prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Practical experience with Agile or comparable project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms.
Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong client stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate delivery expectations effectively.
Ability to coordinate remote or hybrid multidisciplinary teams and maintain delivery momentum under tight deadlines.
Based in LATAM and able to work 09:00–18:00 KSA time, Sunday through Thursday, on an ongoing basis.
Comfortable with early-morning working hours in Latin America, including approximately 3:00 AM–12:00 PM for GMT-3 locations such as Brazil and Argentina.
Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
Familiarity with website maintenance, SEO/GEO content initiatives, digital retainers, and CMS platforms is advantageous.
Experience supporting government, enterprise, or large-scale transformation projects in the Middle East is a plus.
Professional Arabic fluency is an advantage.
PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or comparable certification is a plus.
