As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring software products are reliable, accurate, and ready for client use. You will be responsible for testing SaaS applications, identifying defects, and helping development teams deliver high-quality releases with confidence. Test SaaS software products to verify functionality, reliability, accuracy, and overall quality.
Identify, document, and help track software defects and issues before they reach clients.
Support development teams in resolving quality issues and preparing reliable software releases.
Perform hands-on quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate expected behavior and ensure software meets requirements.
Use Jira and Postman as part of testing, issue tracking, and API-related quality assurance activities.
Contribute to maintaining consistent testing and quality practices across software products.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working as an individual contributor.
Hands-on experience testing SaaS software.
Experience working in SaaS software development environments.
Proficiency with Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving software issues.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with software development teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
