Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Drive business transformation by translating complex commercial requirements into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions. In this senior role, you will serve as a strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, improving processes and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery while ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Working within an Agile environment, you will facilitate collaboration across teams, guide project delivery, and support continuous improvement. You will also provide functional leadership, mentor junior analysts, and help users adopt solutions that improve operational efficiency. • At least 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex enterprise technology or Salesforce environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative functionality, including the ability to assess when declarative tools are appropriate and when custom development is required.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including opportunity management, sales processes, and standard out-of-the-box functionality.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery.

• Project management experience or a demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating remotely and asynchronously with colleagues across countries and time zones.

• A proactive, resourceful, and self-directed approach, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute hands-on.

• The ability to mentor colleagues, build effective working relationships, and maintain clarity when managing complex communications.

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator certification (201) and Salesforce Sales Cloud certification.

• Experience with Pardot and Agentforce.

• Salesforce certifications or other credentials demonstrating expertise in the platform's standard capabilities.

• Agile-related certifications, such as Certified Agile Product Owner or Certified Agile Scrum Master.
