This senior-level role focuses on shaping networking and network security strategy across enterprise and data center environments. You’ll translate market trends, customer needs, and partner capabilities into differentiated solutions and go-to-market initiatives. The position combines architecture expertise, strategic consulting, sales enablement, and executive-level engagement rather than hands-on implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, delivery, marketing, leadership, and technology partners to influence solution direction and customer outcomes. Your work will span areas such as SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, network security, observability, and AI-ready infrastructure. This is an opportunity for an experienced networking leader to influence technology strategy and help bring innovative enterprise solutions to market.

Drive networking and network security strategy by analyzing market trends, customer requirements, partner roadmaps, competitive developments, and industry research.
Develop differentiated solutions and go-to-market initiatives spanning enterprise networking, wireless, switching, routing, SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, firewalls, cloud connectivity, data center networking, observability, and AI-ready infrastructure.
Translate customer and market insights into solution strategies, portfolio opportunities, positioning, and actionable go-to-market plans.
Create high-quality sales enablement materials, solution documentation, presentations, training resources, and technical content that support sales and customer engagement.
Partner with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, marketing, engineering, leadership, and technology partners to develop and promote strategic solutions.
Support high-value customer opportunities through executive discussions, RFPs, solution positioning, presentations, and strategic consulting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major networking and security technology partners and leverage their roadmaps and capabilities to strengthen solution offerings.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, market analysis, and solution strategy.
Monitor market adoption, emerging technologies, customer needs, and partner activity to continuously refine and evolve solution offerings.
Influence technology direction and collaborate across teams to identify new opportunities and improve the organization's networking and data center portfolio.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in networking, network security, infrastructure architecture, consulting, technical sales, solution strategy, portfolio management, technology strategy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, including wireless, switching, routing, SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, firewalls, cloud connectivity, and data center networking.
Demonstrated ability to translate market and customer insights into effective solution strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
Strong consulting, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across sales, engineering, delivery, marketing, leadership, and partner organizations.
Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience developing technical content, sales materials, presentations, training resources, and other enablement assets.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, productivity, content creation, and solution development.
Experience as a Principal Architect, Solutions Architect, Consulting Architect, Product or Portfolio Manager, or Technology Strategist is preferred.
Experience working with networking and security technology providers such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or comparable vendors is preferred.
Knowledge of data center networking, observability, AIOps, AI-ready infrastructure, and infrastructure modernization is advantageous.
Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, Fortinet certifications, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
