-
Coordinate with stakeholders and auditors: Collaborate with the Consolidations Senior Manager, other departments, senior management, and external auditors to provide financial information, resolve technical issues, and support reporting requirements.
-
Manage financial data integration: Support the movement of financial data from ERP systems into HFM and enterprise performance management applications, including import, validation, export, and loading processes.
-
Oversee mappings and reconciliations: Review chart-of-accounts mapping changes, assess their impact on financial reporting, reconcile ERP balances to HFM results, and investigate data integrity issues.
-
Support reporting tools and analysis: Develop and maintain Smart View reports, perform ad hoc data extraction and analysis, investigate out-of-balance intercompany accounts, and troubleshoot foreign currency translation discrepancies.
-
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline consolidation procedures, strengthen reporting quality, improve controls, and leverage automation and AI-enabled workflows.
