This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to build and scale a modern Talent Acquisition function within a fast-growing technology and product environment. You will shape hiring strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment operations across highly specialized technical and business functions. The role combines executive-level stakeholder partnership with direct ownership of critical hiring activities. You will build scalable processes, develop talent intelligence, and establish data-driven mechanisms that improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability. You will also lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team while building pipelines for niche and business-critical capabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced TA leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and wants to make recruitment a strategic business function.

Develop and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, organizational growth, capability requirements, and future workforce planning.

Translate growth plans into structured hiring roadmaps, quarterly recruitment plans, priorities, and execution mechanisms.

Partner closely with founders, executives, business leaders, and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor.

Lead recruitment across specialized technology and business functions, including AI/ML, autonomous systems, robotics, embedded engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, HR, and operations.

Establish scalable recruitment frameworks, interview processes, hiring SLAs, dashboards, documentation, and governance mechanisms.

Standardize job descriptions, interview rubrics, evaluation forms, decision-making processes, and candidate assessment practices.

Partner with business teams to anticipate future capability requirements and build proactive pipelines for niche, critical, and high-impact positions.

Conduct talent market research covering candidate availability, competitor talent pools, compensation trends, sourcing channels, and recruitment strategies.

Produce talent intelligence and market-mapping insights to support leadership workforce decisions.

Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks related to sourcing, interview readiness, panel capacity, decision-making, compensation alignment, offer conversion, notice periods, and internal processes.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear ownership, specialization, KPIs, and accountability.

Use recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, cost-of-hire, offer-to-join ratios, hiring-manager experience, and SLA adherence.

Continuously improve recruitment processes to create a predictable, scalable, well-documented, and audit-ready hiring operation.
Requirements

7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team-management capacity.

Proven experience scaling recruitment functions within high-growth technology, product, engineering, or similarly complex organizations.

Strong technical recruiting expertise across areas such as AI/ML, robotics, engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and product.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement recruitment frameworks, interview processes, hiring workflows, and scalable Talent Acquisition operations.

Strong strategic sourcing and strategic hiring capabilities, with experience building talent pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.

Experience partnering with senior leadership, founders, executives, and hiring managers to translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies.

Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent intelligence, market mapping, compensation trends, and recruitment analytics.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-accountability environments.
