OperationsProject Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives from initial scoping through successful launch.
You will work at the intersection of data engineering, application development, and infrastructure, ensuring teams stay aligned and delivery remains on track.
Your role will be central to translating product strategies into actionable plans, managing dependencies, and resolving technical and operational roadblocks.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive execution while maintaining visibility into progress, priorities, and risks.
Combining technical fluency with strong program management expertise, you will help teams navigate ambiguity and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to shape delivery practices within a growing Digital, Data, and AI environment.
You will have the autonomy to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate innovation across multiple engineering disciplines.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives, from initial planning and scoping through execution, release coordination, and launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams spanning data engineering, web and mobile application development, and infrastructure to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Partner with product managers to translate product strategies and roadmaps into executable delivery plans, establishing clear milestones, sequencing, dependencies, ownership, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead application-focused initiatives, including web and mobile feature releases, API integrations, and service deployments, ensuring realistic timelines and coordinated releases across frontend, backend, and mobile workstreams.
  • Drive progress in situations involving competing priorities or ambiguity by identifying blockers, presenting clear options, recommending solutions, and assigning accountable owners to decisions.
  • Monitor program risks, dependencies, delivery milestones, and opportunities for improvement, proactively addressing issues that could affect timelines, quality, or business outcomes.
  • Manage the delivery operating framework using Linear or comparable project management tools, maintaining sprint plans, dependency tracking, RACI assignments, and status reporting as a reliable source of truth across teams.
  • Coordinate data-intensive initiatives by overseeing data readiness, pipeline and integration dependencies, data quality considerations, and alignment between data delivery and application requirements.
  • Evaluate technical estimates and delivery plans by applying a practical understanding of application architecture, APIs, scalability, technical debt, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Establish and improve program management processes where existing frameworks are limited, promoting operational simplicity, productivity, consistency, and accountability.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, decisions, and delivery expectations clearly to engineering teams, product leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to unfamiliar technologies and technical domains to maintain effective oversight and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
