About the Role

~1 min read

A private family office is seeking a Property Systems Administrator & Training Coordinator to oversee the technology and systems that support its residences across the US. Rather than managing a household, this role focuses on the tools behind it: the NINES household management platform, Apple devices, and shared file systems. You'll train property staff, set clear standards, and help every team use these tools consistently.

The ideal candidate is methodical, self-directed, and a patient teacher. You come to the table with a plan, communicate clearly, and would rather fix a workflow than work around it.This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Mid-Atlantic or on California's Central Coast. Regular domestic and international travel is required to support systems implementation and training on site with property teams across the residences.
