Carpenter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around Long Island, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $32-$36/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Perform carpentry work on new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects
• Frame walls using wood and/or metal studs
• Complete rough and finish carpentry tasks
• Install flooring, sheetrock, doors, and windows
• Perform trim work and finish installations
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience
• Experience with wood and/or metal stud framing
• Experience with flooring, drywall, trim work, and door/window installation
• Ability to work on both new construction and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
