Industrial Electrician

• Install, wire, test, and commission industrial electrical equipment and systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, PLC-related equipment, sensors, and control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using drawings, schematics, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Inspect electrical equipment and identify potential failures, hazards, and maintenance requirements
• Repair or replace breakers, contactors, relays, switches, wiring, and other electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Perform electrical testing, insulation resistance testing, continuity checks, and system inspections
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and plant improvement projects
• Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergency service needs to minimize downtime
• Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and production teams to resolve equipment issues
• Maintain electrical tools, test equipment, spare parts, and work areas in safe operating condition
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, standards, permits, and company procedures
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, and all site-specific safety requirements

• Previous industrial electrical experience 
• Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, VFDs, MCCs, PLC-related equipment, and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance in an industrial environment
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and procedures
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
