Die Position vereint administrative und operative Aufgaben: rund 30% Büro- und Organisationsaufgaben sowie 70% aktive Mitarbeit im gastronomischen Tagesgeschäft.
Unterstützung und Vertretung vom Betriebsleiter für das tailor-made-catering-Restaurant ,,Stadt & Land‘‘ in der Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden.
Weitere Unterstützung in der Personalplanung, Personalentwicklung, Kaffeebar, Konferenzservices, tägliche Abrechnung, Inventur und Monatsabschlüsse.
Mitgestaltung und Definition aller warenwirtschaftlichen Aspekte.
Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftszweige am Standort.
