Part-Time Gatehouse Concierge / Access Control Attendant

Luxury residential apartment community is seeking a dependable and personable part-time Gatehouse Concierge to assist with controlling access to the property and providing a welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities include greeting arriving visitors, confirming and recording guest and vendor information, communicating with residents when appropriate, operating the community entrance , maintaining visitor logs, providing basic directions and information, and notifying management of unusual situations or concerns.

This is a customer-service and access-control position. The ideal candidate will be professional in appearance and demeanor, courteous, attentive, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents and visitors in a luxury residential environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting residents, guests, vendors, and service providers
• Verifying and documenting visitor access
• Operating the community entrance
• Maintaining accurate visitor and activity logs
• Contacting residents regarding visitors when required
• Providing courteous assistance and directions
• Observing and reporting unusual activity or property concerns to management
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming gatehouse environment

Part-time schedule M-F 6PM-12AM, Saturday & Sunday 2PM-2 AM but varies
