Location: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo - Indaiatuba Function: Product Engineering (CA) Title: JR Product Engineer - Indaiatuba/SP - 121036 ## We are looking for a Junior Product Engineer to work on John Deere Research and Development Center in Indaiatuba/SP, this role will support the design, development, and improvement of components and systems for sprayers and planters. This role focuses on engineering solutions across structural, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, contributing to new product development and continuous improvement of existing products. The position also includes supporting testing and validation activities. ## Main Responsabilities • Design and develop new components and systems, as well as enhancements to existing sprayer and planter solutions, supporting product development from concept through validation and production; • Support analysis of field issues and customer feedback, contributing to design improvements driven by production and field insights; • Develop and validate solutions involving structures, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies; • Create and update engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; • Ensure designs meet performance, durability, safety, and cost targets; • Support testing activities to verify and validate design solutions against defined requirements. ## What Skills You Need * Proven knowledge and/or experience in design and system development; * Experience in using engineering software CREO; * Advanced English; * Experience with agricultural equipment, especially sprayers or planters. * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar) ## What Makes You Stand Out * Experience supporting manufacturing or field issues * Familiarity with validation, testing, and product lifecycle processes * Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies * Precision technologies in planting and application (spot spray, variable rate, section control, JDLink, remote monitoring) * Experience in testing and validation of engineering solutions. ### Our Main Benefits * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### Our Recruitment Process The selection process begins with your application.
