Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsabilities · Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and business objectives. · Translate customer demand into executable production plans and schedules. · Monitor capacity constraints and balance demand, labor, materials, and equipment availability. · Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to minimize shortages and excess inventory. · Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time delivery performance. · Coordinate with Production, Materials, Supply Management, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve supply chain disruptions. · Lead recovery plans for material shortages, supplier issues, and production constraints. · Identify risks to customer shipments and proactively communicate mitigation plans. · Develop and maintain planning dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. · Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction. ## What Skills You Need · Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving · Proactive Leadership & Sense of Urgency · SAP / ERP Systems Knowledge · Master Production Scheduling (MPS) · Capacity Planning & Constraint Management · Inventory Management & Material Planning · Customer Focus & Service Level Management · Data Analysis & Decision Making · Cross-Functional Communication · Risk Assessment & Recovery Planning ## What Makes You Stand Out · Power BI & Dashboard Development · Advanced Excel (Macros, Power Query, Pivot Tables) · SQL / Queries & Data Mining · Scenario Modeling & What-If Analysis · Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement · APICS / CPIM Certification · Supply Chain & Operations Knowledge ## Education Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business.
