Primary Location: United States (US) - Wisconsin - Horicon, WI Function: Supply Chain Management (CA) Title: Supply Management Planner - 120289 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position ## Your Responsibilities As a Supply Management Planner for Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI (centrally located between Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI), you will: * Pull daily reports * Communicate with suppliers daily to manage upcoming and delinquent orders * Manage supplier compliance of MRM tool * Escalate issues that are high risk of impacting production VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ## What Skills You Need * Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks throughout the day * Effective verbal and written communication * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams,etc...) ## What Makes You Standout * Cross-functional work experience in areas such as operations, manufacturing, material flow, supply management. * Knowledge of unit processes and operations. * Excellent problem solving and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to influence without authority ## Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: * Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Management, Engineering, and/or other business-related field What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
