  • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience developing and delivering technology training or instructional content in an educational or comparable environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Canvas, Banner).
  • Experience presenting to diverse groups in both in person and virtual settings.
  • Training & Instruction:
    • Develop and deliver training on enterprise applications, collaboration tools, and AI enabled capabilities.
    • Create and maintain instructional materials including guides and on demand content.
  • Support & Coaching:
    • Provide individualized coaching and support for faculty and staff adopting new tools. 
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with campus partners to assess training needs and align offerings with goals.
    • Serve as liaison between IT service teams and end users during tool rollouts.
  • Program Management & Logistics:
    • Manage logistics for training delivery, scheduling, communication, and documentation. 
  • Research & Improvement:
    • Monitor trends in educational technology and AI to recommend program improvements. 
  • Other duties as assigned:
