Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, ensuring proper documentation and review of procurement transactions. Process and record purchase orders, ensuring timely disbursement to vendors and maintaining a procurement logbook. Ensure completeness and compliance of all procurement processes for every transaction. Monitor approved internal orders and purchase requisitions, ensuring prompt service delivery. Track procurement transactions and report any incomplete deliveries or discrepancies. Initiate and oversee the tendering process for all approved internal orders and procurement requests. Analyze tender submissions and facilitate the selection and execution of approved tenders. Monitor and document price fluctuations on purchased items to support cost optimization and decision-making. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders to vendors and maintain effective communication regarding order status. Ensure all timely execution of all requests and feedback to stakeholders. Efficient use of ERP to manage procurement processes. Technical buying of factory requirements according to end user specification. Ensure compliance with food safety standards as assigned by the department head. Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPS or CIPSMN is an added advantage. Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in procurement, technical buying, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement process management. Strong knowledge of tender processing, bid analysis, and vendor selection. Experience monitoring price fluctuations and optimizing cost. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple procurement requests simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, HACCP) is an added advantage.
