We’re looking for an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our team in either our South Bend or Fort Wayne office! This is a great opportunity to explore different areas of civil engineering — whether your passion is structural, transportation, creative site design, water resources, or industrial/commercial site development.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing — contributing to real projects from day one. Your work may include:

  • Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts.
  • Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports.
  • Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • EIT certification a plus, or a willingness to work toward it.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or other engineering software is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
  • A self-starter who’s ready to learn and grow across a variety of projects.
