You're organized, tech-savvy, persistent, and you don't let rejection slow you down because you know the next "yes" is just one door away. The Role As a District Manager of Sales for ADP in Puerto Rico, you will build and grow a client portfolio in the small and mid-sized business segment (1–49 employees). Your territory is PR and your mission is simple: find prospects, open doors, present solutions, and close business. ADP offers best-in-class solutions in payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and more world-class technology that local SMBs need, and you'll know exactly how to sell it. What You'll Do Active B2B field prospecting ; cold visits, calls, networking, and referrals Identify decision-makers at local businesses and deliver ADP's value proposition with impact Manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools Generate and close first-consultation opportunities with qualified prospects Grow existing client relationships by expanding solutions across the ADP portfolio Collaborate with internal ADP teams to deliver an exceptional client experience Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Requirements What We're Looking For A natural sales mindset ; proactive, resilient, and results-driven Comfortable with field sales and door-to-door prospecting in a B2B environment Tech-savvy: CRM proficiency, AI utilization, digital tools, and social media for sales Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, insurance, or a related field (internships and military experience welcome) Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required Willingness to complete ADP's sales academy training in Puerto Rico and in U.S. (several weeks, company-sponsored) Bachelor's degree preferred, not required. What matters most is your drive and your ability to execute.
