About the role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide our direct customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architects, you will act as a dedicated technology specialist who loves the challenge of consulting, planning, and assisting with all sizes of platform rollouts. You will leverage your technical background in identity and access management to ensure smooth product transitions, directly driving customer satisfaction, meeting strict implementation SLAs, and increasing the overall adoption and utilization of the JumpCloud platform.

Meet Implementation SLAs: Consistently meet or exceed all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with customer implementations, ensuring timely rollouts and resolutions to technical onboarding issues via email or remote web sessions.
Increase Platform Adoption & Utilization: Drive a measurable increase in the adoption and utilization of the JumpCloud platform by ensuring successful knowledge transfer and demonstrating the full value of the product to technical audiences.
Achieve Strong Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings throughout the onboarding phase by providing excellent project and account management, regular follow-ups, and clear communication regarding environment changes.

Guide direct customers and partnered organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans.

Build custom onboarding plans based on the specific needs of the customer and the service offering they have purchased.

Consult, plan, and assist with all sizes of rollouts of JumpCloud in customers’ existing environments, including AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, and enterprise MDMs.

Resolve technical onboarding and API integration (OAUTH/SCIM) issues via email or remote web session.

Work hands-on in customer environments when applicable to execute complex migration or configuration tasks.

Collaborate with peers, mentors, and community forum leaders to provide the most effective solutions for partners and customers.

Communicate regularly with customers about action plans, recommendations, and new potential use-cases as they relate to JumpCloud.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

This role is remote in the country of Brazil. You must be located in and authorized to work in Brazil to be considered for this role.

Language:

JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English. To be considered for a role at JumpCloud, you will be required to speak and write in English fluently. Any additional language requirements will be included in the details of the job description.
