Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of talented software engineers from around the world
  • Define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facing experiences
  • Lead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-native
  • Drive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions
  • Make data-informed decisions that align with strategic goals
  • Track product performance metrics and report progress against goals
  • Communicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executives
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of software development processes
  • Strong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving
  • Sound understanding of UX design principles
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)
