Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead a team of talented software engineers from around the world
- →Define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facing experiences
- →Lead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-native
- →Drive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines
- →Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions
- →Make data-informed decisions that align with strategic goals
- →Track product performance metrics and report progress against goals
- →Communicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executives
- →Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of product management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of software development processes
- Strong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solving
- Sound understanding of UX design principles
- Working knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation
- Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)
