A well know construction company specialising in upmarket residential construction projects, is currently looking for a dynamic Site QS. Duties: Measurement and Valuation:Measuring and valuing the work completed on-site to ensure accurate payment to contractors and subcontractors. Progress Reports:Preparing detailed progress reports that outline the work completed and the associated costs. Interim Payments: Preparing interim valuations and payments for contractors based on the work completed. Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications. Requirments: Quantity Surveying qualification 2+ experience with Upmarket residential projects Clear criminal record Availible ASAP
