Position is 2nd shift: 4 pm to 2:30 am Monday through Thursday. If overtime is needed, 4 pm to 10 pm on Fridays.

Primary Function

The fuel technician is responsible for the assembly and testing of the remanufacturing of fuel injection units.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the visual and quantifiable inspection of the final result of their process.
Perform complex, routine and non-routine close tolerance assembly and testing of fuel injectors or their components. While following stringent assembly and test procedures.
Participate in and support the principle of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being a part owner of the company.
Setup (calibration) of precision assembly tools and test equipment.
Clean and organize area daily being extremely detail oriented.
Must use various air and electric hand tools.
Meticulous tracking of critical data.
Crucial attention to detail.
Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning and assembly of the fuel injector, per current processes.
