Waterpark Common Area 3rd Shift Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Common Area Supervisor for 3^rd shift. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall cleaning of the waterpark common area spaces are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and are ready in a timely manner for guest usage.

• →Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• →Motivate, coach, teach, train, counsel and discipline associates according to Kalahari SOP’s.
• →Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information
